Once the workforce management system has been completely installed, integrated and tested, the project is brought to an end. This always takes place in coordination with the client and in the presence of the users of the software. On completion, you receive a login code and user name for the ManusPlus website, where you can obtain online support. We also offer you the possibility to submit, request and follow up on suggestions, notifications and questions through an electronic ticketing system. This module also contains new versions, release notes, FAQs and Known Topics. Known Topics provides an overview in which clients can follow developments and ongoing ideas and questions. By simply indicating that a specific question also applies to your organisation, ManusPlus can determine the priority of new software adaptations.
