Effective analysis

ManusPlus has a standardised project approach. After the initial meeting with the client, we carry out a business scan. This scan consists of the following elements:

• Process analysis (existing or desired) for providing a framework for the project.
• Information analysis (existing or desired) for offering the right modules.
• Working method analysis that focuses on organisational issues concerning time types, employee types, master data, collective labour agreement settings, links to other systems, and so on.
• Formulation of an implementation strategy for a phased approach and a well-organised scenario.
• Formulation of project plan based on previously obtained input. Implementation takes place in coordination with the client.

The goal of the scan is to help the client and ManusPlus determine the most ideal modules based on processes and information needs. A final offer is then drawn up based on the results.
